Right-click the Windows Start button and choose Programs and Features from the context menu. Locate Office , select it, click Change, and then click Repair. Thanks for your feedback. More HUP install questions. I've just purchased the Office HUP. Running on Win 7 with a 6-month-old laptop plenty of RAM and hard disk. I downloaded the executable, saved it to the desktop. Started running the install and 45 minutes later came back to find the whole system frozen. Had to do a hard boot. Tried installing again and got an error message: Description: Setup did not complete successfully.
